Welcome to AYRMD. By accessing or using www.ayrmd.com and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or products.
1. About AYRMD
AYRMD sells downloadable spreadsheet templates designed for personal and professional productivity. Our templates are delivered as digital files and are intended for immediate use without requiring advanced spreadsheet knowledge.
2. License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a template from AYRMD, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your own personal or internal business purposes, modify the template for your own use, and use the template on multiple devices you personally own.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template file with others, upload the template to any public platform or file-sharing service, remove or alter the copyright notice embedded in the template, claim the template as your own original work, or use the template as the basis for a competing product. Violation of this license may result in termination of your access and legal action.
3. Membership Terms
AYRMD offers an optional membership plan at $19/month which provides access to all available templates. Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Membership access is for a single user only and may not be shared. AYRMD reserves the right to modify membership pricing or benefits with 30 days notice.
4. Digital Delivery
All products are delivered digitally via download link after purchase. Because our products are digital and immediately accessible, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on individual template purchases once the file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at service@ayrmd.com within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right. Membership refunds are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, graphics, text, and content on www.ayrmd.com are the intellectual property of AYRMD and are protected by copyright law. AYRMD is a trademark of AYRMD. Microsoft and Microsoft Excel are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. AYRMD is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
6. User Conduct
When using our site you agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our content, engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services, or submit false or misleading information.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AYRMD does not warrant that templates will meet your specific requirements, templates will be error-free or produce specific financial outcomes, or the site will be available at all times without interruption.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AYRMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
